Learning the basic form through to the refined technique of breaststroke over 3 trimesters.
Goal:
To obtain the Freischwimmer (Dolphin) badge.
This course always runs for a full school year (September to July) and must be completed in full, as the course units build on one another.
Please note:
Wearing a swim cap and close-fitting swim trunks or a swimsuit is recommended.
