A slightly more relaxed form of water aerobics, accompanied by music, that allows you to improve strength, endurance and coordination in a particularly joint-friendly way.
Aqua Light is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels.
You do not need to be able to swim to take part in this class, as it takes place in the non-swimmers’ pool.

Wearing close-fitting swim trunks or a swimsuit is recommended.
