Pilates is all about building balanced and flexible strength based on the deep muscles and the body’s proper alignment, especially through concentration and mind control. These fundamental principles can be applied to everyone, regardless of age or physical condition. With a wide variety of possible exercises and variations, Pilates sessions can be tailored to each individual need (back care, slimming, strengthening, flexibility, etc.).

Take advantage of free admission to the swimming pool before or after your fitness class, whether to relax or to swim a few laps.
