Body Sculpt

A session lasts 45 minutes and consists of 8 five-minute exercises that work all the muscles in the body. The first and last 5 minutes are reserved for warm-up and stretching exercises in order to achieve maximum efficiency. On average, a participant burns between 400 and 500 calories per session, due to the intensity and variety of the exercises. Another key feature is the motivating effect of the group dynamic. Driven by an instructor and motivated by the music, you will quickly feel the results of your efforts.

Take advantage of free admission to the swimming pool before or after your fitness class, whether to relax or to swim a few laps.
