Abs & Glutes Workout

A highly targeted workout designed to tone your abdominal muscles and strengthen the muscles of your glutes. Each exercise works your core, hips and glutes. Squats, lunges, hip lifts, sit-ups and more are alternated throughout the session. You choose to focus specifically on your “problem areas.” Come as you are and leave feeling more confident and more toned!

The benefits of an Abs, Legs & Glutes workout? A flat stomach, firmer glutes: in short, a more defined silhouette. This class is accessible to everyone and easy to fit into your schedule. It lasts only 45 minutes.
