Back Pilates is a gentle method designed to strengthen the core muscles, improve posture and relieve back pain. The focus is on strengthening the stabilising muscles of the back and abdomen while maintaining proper spinal alignment.

Take advantage of free admission to the swimming pool before or after your fitness class, whether to relax or to swim a few laps.
