Adult Breaststroke - Beginner

Learning the basic form of breaststroke

Through simple exercises, you will learn floating and gliding and gradually develop a safe breaststroke technique. Gain confidence and become familiar with the buoyancy of the water.

Goal:
To swim 25 metres breaststroke.

Please note:
- Wearing a swim cap and close-fitting swim trunks or a swimsuit is recommended.
