Boot Camp

Lively music, a motivating coach and a solid dose of exercise are the recipe for a successful bootcamp. The training sessions are fun, but also come with the right amount of intensity and efficiency to help you push your limits.

These programmes are designed to improve strength and fitness through a variety of group exercises performed in different intensity intervals in the form of HIIT over 45 minutes.
