The course teaches the basic breaststroke technique, from gliding to safe and confident movement through the water.

Goal:

To swim 25 metres in the swimmers’ pool without aids in order to receive the Turtles badge.

Please note:

Wearing a swim cap and close-fitting swim trunks or a swimsuit is recommended.
